Creating the Future: Becoming an Innovative Leader

The NAWBO-LA Foundation proudly presents the newest educational opportunity created in partnership with Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business!

As NAWBO members, you lead complex businesses…through difficult circumstances…in turbulent times…toward uncertain ends…with limited resources. You are not served by approaches to business management that presume an ability to forecast the future, or that suggest the existence of a single “right answer.” Rather, what you need is a system that helps you succeed even when trustworthy data is scarce and a “formula for success” does not exist – an approach to managing your business that consistently and systematically produces innovative solutions to the complicated problems you face every day.

Creating the Future: Becoming an Innovative Leader is a two-day seminar exclusively designed for NAWBO-LA by Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management to help you increase your IQ (Innovation Quotient) and use your creativity to produce better results for you and your business. Specifically, you will uncover your own creative style, and acquire the skills and tools needed to generate innovative ideas and increase the competitiveness of your firm. As a bonus, you will learn how to prepare for more creative and energizing team meetings.
