The NAWBO-LA PEAK Leadership Academy provides a portfolio of programs that teach women entrepreneurs how to make the successful transition to a professionally managed firm, without sacrificing the entrepreneurial spirit that inspired your company in the first place. The program is designed to fit the realities of your business... and your life. The program efficiently delivers high-impact content in a setting that is optimal for providing quality interactions and a premier learning experience. Enrollment is limited to an exclusive group of women entrepreneurs who meet pre-determined eligibility criteria. The upcoming series is especially designed for businesses with gross receipts between $250K to $900K. We invite you to submit your application and become a part of a community of women dedicated to each other's success. SESSION FORMAT: Meetings held on Tuesdays, Graduation on Thursday
3:30-3:45 - Arrival & Networking
3:45-6:00 - Lecture Presentation
6:00-7:00 - Dinner & Roundtable Discussion
7:00-8:00 - Facilitated Workshop
8:00-8:15 - Wrap Up & Announcements

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Must have gross revenue between $250K-$900K
- Must have five or less employees
- Must have 50% or more ownership
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement upon acceptance
- Must be a member or accept a complimentary NAWBO-LA membership

INSTRUCTOR: Yvonne Randle, Ph.D., Vice President of Management Systems Consulting Corporation and Lecturer at UCLA Anderson School of Management

PROGRAM FEE: The all-inclusive program fee of $1150 includes all instruction, workshops, organizational assessments, meals, program materials and administrative support. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required with your application packet.
