Teri Bialosky - President, Print Technology
Since 1982, Teri Bialosky has found her true passion to be sales. That career
path grew exponentially when she was hired to open the Los Angeles office of
OEI Business Forms, a Chicago-based business forms manufacturer. After consecutive
years as a member of the Million Dollar Club, in 1990 she was named Salesperson
of the Year, one of few women ever to achieve that distinction in a male-dominated
company. Upon being recruited to work for Irvine-based Newport Printing Systems
in 1992, Teri generated the highest first-year profits for a salesperson in
the company's history. She was a member of the "Top 5" for several
of her years there. In 1999, she founded Print Technology, a full-service printed
products distributor specializing in the production and management of business
documents, commercial printing, labels, and promotional products. The client
list is impressive: Creative Artists Agency, AON Risk Services, California National
Bank, ICM, Raytheon, Regal Rents, Metropolitan Water District, Specialty Surgical
Centers and Nationwide Sports Publications, to name a few. "We believe
in a true partnership with our valued customers. We're here to solve their problems
and improve the flow of their business documents." She has long been active
in the Jewish Community, as a former member of United Jewish Appeal's Young
Women's Leadership Cabinet. In 1992, after serving as chair of the Business
& Professional Women's Division for the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles,
she was awarded the Allenberg/Handler Young Leadership Award. She and her husband,
Bruce, are active members of Stephen S. Wise Temple and live in Studio City
with their children, Sam and Hannah.

Rebecca Barrantes - President, The Sierra Group
The Sierra Group is recognized in the marketplace for its work
in public relations, government and public affairs, project management, and
business and community development. Rebecca has led major public relations strategy
and marketing efforts for high-profile corporate clients. Additionally, she
has conducted highly successful public relations and community outreach programs
on three of the largest transportation and public works projects in the United
States: the Alameda Corridor, Alameda Corridor-East, and Los Angeles-Pasadena
Metro Blue Line Light Rail Project. Prior to starting her business, Rebecca
was with the City of Los Angeles serving as principal budget, legislative, and
policy analyst for the Mayor and City Council. She also served as director of
government and public affairs for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation
Authority. Rebecca was acknowledged by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one
of "20 Up & Coming Latinas for the Year 2000." She was also named
"1999 Minority Business Advocate of the Year" by the U.S. Small Business
Administration and the Los Angeles Minority Business Opportunity Committee.
She is active in many organizations, including the Latin Business Association
(LBA) – where she served as their 2001 and 2002 LBA Expo Latina Entrepreneur
Awards Chair, and 2002 Gala Awards Dinner Chair - Hispanas for Political Equality-PAC
Board of Governors, Los Angeles Minority Business Opportunity Committee, and
the Trust for Public Lands.

Cynthia Butler-Hayden - Publisher, Minorities In Business Magazine
For more than 9 years, Cynthia Butler-Hayden has been serving America's multicultural
business community by publishing Minorities In Business Magazine-The Multicultural
Business Magazine. Through her entrepreneurial zeal, she has taken her dream
and turned it into one of the most resourceful and innovative national business
publications for new and existing business owners. In addition to the publication,
Cynthia's strong commitment to the development of the community comes through
with her multicultural event series. Over the past 8 years she has produced
numerous informative and inspiring events including an annual "Access To
Capital" event that bridges the financial community with the minority business
community and educates numerous businesses on expansion and growth. This event
has attracted high profile speakers such as Congresswoman Maxine Waters, former
California State Treasurer Matt Fong, Entrepreneur/Author, Stedman Graham and
Executive Administrator of Employment & Development for the Writer's Guild
of America, Ms. Zara Buggs Taylor. MIB's Multicultural Prism Awards Gala spotlights
the outstanding achievements of corporations, small businesses, executives and
entrepreneurs in diversity and philanthropic endeavors. Previous recipients
include Victoria Lowe, Alert Staffing; Ford Motor Company, Lifetime Television,
US Treasurer Rosario Marin, Procter & Gamble and many other distinguished
individuals.

Dr. Noreen Green - Artistic Director, Los Angeles Jewish Symphony
Dr. Noreen Green is currently conductor and artistic director of the Los Angeles
Jewish Symphony, music director at Valley Beth Shalom in Encino, California,
a renowned lecturer on Jewish Music, and an accomplished educator who has developed
six successful educational programs presented by the orchestra. Since the orchestra's
founding in 1994, she has brought neglected as well as new and familiar orchestral
works on Jewish themes to the stage; provided an orchestra or chamber ensemble
for fundraising events for the LA Jewish community; performed three Greek Theater
concerts for Blazer Communications, and performed and taught in Israel. On a
personal level the recognition she has received from the print and radio media
has been overwhelming, with major articles in the LA Times, Daily News, Jewish
Journal, The Heritage, The Jewish News; feature profiles in the Lifestyles magazine
and the Hadassah National Magazine, the University of the Pacific and University
of Southern California alumni magazines, as well as a National Public Radio
interview and many interviews on local stations (KUSC, and KCSN). In addition
she has received the Women of Significance Award from Adat Ari El Sisterhood,
been a guest lecturer for the University of Judaism and a featured speaker for
the Los Angeles Philharmonic "Upbeat Live." She also conducted during
the opening ceremonies of the 2001 Maccabi Games in Philadelphia.
Sally Forster Jones - Coldwell Banker Estates Director
Among the first things people notice about Sally is her enormous energy and
ability to get to the heart of the matter. With 27 years of experience in real
estate and numerous industry awards and honors, you would expect skill, but
Sally gives more than skill, she provides the human understanding and warmth
that make buying or marketing a home a pleasure. In 1984 she formed Capri Properties,
a multifaceted real estate company. Capri Properties’ various divisions
covered a broad spectrum of real estate functionalities, including residential
sales, commercial sales and leasing, investment, property management, development,
and mortgage brokering. After over ten years of successfully running Capri,
Sally decided to focus on residential sales and eventually divested herself
from most of the other divisions of the company. In 1998 Sally merged her residential
business with Fred Sands, a regionally well-respected real estate company in
California and surrounding areas. Sally kept several of her Capri Properties
brokers on staff to support her at Fred Sands Realtors. In December of 2000,
Fred Sands was purchased by Coldwell Banker. Sally is currently the #1 broker
at the Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills East office. Sally is known and respected
in the real estate industry throughout Southern California. Ever since her first
days in real estate, Sally has been one of the top performers. Since she’s
been with Coldwell Banker, Sally has consistently ranked as the top producer
in the Beverly Hills office and in the top 1% of all Southern Californian realtors.
She is also a member of the Society of Excellence – a unique and selective
distinction awarded by Coldwell Banker. She is married to Donald Jones and has
six children.

Margot A. Kyd - Senior Vice President, Business Solutions, SDG&E
and SoCalGas, Sempra Energy utilities
Margot A. Kyd is senior vice president, business solutions, for Sempra Energy
Utilities, the umbrella for Sempra Energy's regulated business units, including
Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) and San Diego Gas & Electric
(SDG&E). Sempra Energy is a San Diego-based Fortune 500 energy services
holding company whose subsidiaries provide electricity, natural gas and value-added
products and services. SoCalGas is the nation's largest natural gas distribution
company serving 18 million consumers through 5.1 million gas meters. SDG&E
is a regulated public utility that provides service to 3 million consumers through1.3
million electric meters and 775,000 gas meters in San Diego and southern Orange
counties. In her current position, Kyd's responsibilities include overseeing
environmental services, safety and emergency services, supply management, fleet
services, diverse business enterprises, and real estate and facilities.

Joan Miles - Chief Operating Officer, Construction Program Group
A graduate of Boston College, Joan has 22 years experience underwriting highly
specialized insurance programs for the construction industry. Partnering with
a major insurance company in 1996, Joan was one of the founders of Construction
Program Group (CPG), a start-up managing general underwriting company which
grew to $100,000,000 in premium for the year 2001. CPG specializes in designing
insurance programs for large national construction accounts and sophisticated
programs for owner or contractor controlled specific projects. Prior to joining
CPG, Joan was a Vice President of American International Group, responsible
for six regional underwriting offices. She also served as Vice President of
Gow and Hanna, Inc. an MGA underwriting large construction accounts for Maryland
Casualty Insurance Company. Joan believes in bringing excellence to the construction
insurance services industry by creating a "client-centric" environment
emphasizing creative, innovative, and tailored approaches to risk management.

Melinda Moore - President and Co-Founder, THEY
For nearly ten years, Melinda has traversed the media industry bringing her
charisma and expertise to a variety of established and start-up companies including
Sonic Foundry, Intertainer, DEN and THEY. An expert in launching, marketing
and selling interactive products and services, Melinda understands marketing
strategy, content development, strategic-partnership building and advertising.
She is also very active in the non-profit sector where she is currently serving
as the Chair of the Marketing Committee for The Step Up Women's Network, and
helping Free Arts for Abused Children with their branding and marketing efforts.
Melinda serves as the President and Co-Founder of THEY , a leading marketing
services company whose clients include Excite@Home, Game Show Network, History
Channel, Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau, PacketVideo, Spiderdance
and Vivendi Universal Television. As President of THEY, Melinda is responsible
for overseeing marketing, new business development and strategic alliances.

Katherine F. Murray, Union Bank of California
Katherine Murray has always been a strong supporter of entrepreneurship and
economic empowerment, especially for women. She began her banking career in
1978 at the former First National Bank of Boston (now Fleet) as a management
trainee in its International Division. She left the bank in 1980 to pursue a
dream to start her own business, an antiques concern in Boston. In 1981, attracted
by the entrepreneurial spirit of Southern California, she joined Wells Fargo
Bank’s Commercial Banking Group, Woodland Hills, as an Assistant Vice
President. In 1986, she joined Union Bank of California (formerly the Bank of
California) in its Los Angeles Office and was promoted shortly thereafter to
Vice President and Team Leader, where she focused on the banking and lending
needs of small business, professional firms, high net worth individuals and
professionals. In 1995, she was introduced to NAWBO-L.A. by one of her clients
and was successful in interesting her bank to become a Corporate Partner. Later,
in 1997, she forged her bank’s membership as a Corporate Partner of NAWBO-California.
Over the years she has involved executives and bankers from many levels, of
her organization with NAWBO-L.A and has provided speakers and participation
at NAWBO-L.A. events such as NAWBO University. In 1999, she was invited to join
NAWBO-L.A.’s Advisory Board. Due in part to Katherine’s and her
bank’s support of the NAWBO-L.A. Urban Enterprise Institute, NAWBO-L.A.
was able to open its offices in Los Angeles, resulting in Union Bank of California
being named Corporate Partner of the Year in 2000. Since 1996, she has been
with Union Bank of California, The Private Bank, Beverly Hills as a Vice President
and Team Leader. There she has successfully developed banking relationships
with entrepreneurs, many of whom have built their wealth in their own lifetime
as well as professional firms, high net worth individuals and non-profits by
helping them to find creative solutions to their banking needs.
