Lisa Greer Quateman is founder and Managing Partner of Quateman LLP, a business law firm in Los Angeles that she founded nearly 20 years ago. Quateman LLP specializes in business, real estate and finance matters for such clients as the State of California; the Cities of Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego; American Honda Motor Company and affiliates, Deutsche Bank, Prudential Financial, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Sempra Energy, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Verizon. Quateman LLP also serves as outside general counsel to companies in a variety of industries. In addition to her law practice, since 1993. Quateman has served as trustee of a privately owned trust that owns, develops and operates commercial, retail and industrial property in Los Angeles County.
Quateman received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles. She is also currently serving on the boards of
Southern California Leadership Network and
City of Hope. Quateman was appointed as Commissioner to the
City of Los Angeles Industrial Development Authority from 1998-2005 and was Chair of the
Arthritis Foundation, Southern California Chapter in 2002.
