Linda M. Harris
President, JorgensenHR
Linda M. Harris joined JorgensenHR in 1998 as the Vice President of Consulting
Services and became its President in May 2002 and owner in January 2003. She
has over 25 years experience in Human Resources Management. Prior to JorgensenHR,
Harris was V.P. Human Resource Director of Coast Federal Bank for 20 years and
her areas of expertise include employee relations, employer compliance, compensation,
recruitment, benefits, change management, management training, and HRIS. Through
JorgensenHR, Harris and her team support organizations’ human resources
needs on an outsource basis. Harris is a California Licensed Private Investigator
(#23947) and specializes in Workplace Investigations, including discrimination,
harassment, hostile work environment, and employee-related matters. Harris received
her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has participated
in many professional and community organizations including Professionals in
Human Resources Association (PIHRA), Los Angeles Air Force Base Community Advisory
Board, and has had an active role on the Los Angeles Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission Community Advisory Board. She is a member of the California, Santa
Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley Chambers of Commerce, and the Valley Industrial
Association (Valencia).
