Gayla Kraetsch-Hartsough is President & Founder of KH Consulting Group, a general management consulting firm, offers services in: strategic planning, innovation, and marketing; organizational planning, design, and development; human resources; business reorganization and financial restructuring; and information systems (I/S). Since 1986, KH has served more than 200+ clients in 24 states and the District of Columbia in the United States and in foreign countries on 5 different continents. KH's clients includes government, transportation, health care, education, nonprofit organizations, utilities, and financial services. Kraetsch-Hartsough has also written several award-winning feature and short film screenplays. Gayla serves on the Northwestern University Entertainment Alliance East (NUEA) Board, chairs the NUEA Peer Group Program, and actively participates in the NUEA Writers' Group. She has a bachelors degree from Northwestern University, School of Communication; a
Masters degree from Tufts University; Ph.D. and Masters degrees, University
of Virginia; and a post-doctorate fellowship from the Woodrow Wilson
Fellowship Program, Princeton, NJ.
