JoAnn M. Bourne is Executive Vice President and Group Head of the Commercial
Deposits and Treasury Management Group at Union Bank of California. As the EVP
and Group Head, Bourne is responsible for managing commercial deposit relationships
and treasury management for all companies with annual sales above $2 million
in Business Banking to the large corporate markets, and specialty industries
such as real estate deposits, government, financial institutions, not-for-profits,
labor and bankruptcy services. Inclusive with the business lines above, Bourne
manages E-Business Solutions, Product Management & Development and Cash
Management Operations. As part of Bourne’s corporate responsibilities,
she serves as a member of the bank’s 12 person Executive Management Committee
and leads the bank’s Payment Systems Steering Committee. In October 2004
and October 2005, US Banker magazine named Bourne as one of the year’s
“25 Women to Watch” in the financial-services industry.
