Brenda Zamzow-Frazier
President, The Zamzow Group, Inc.
Brenda Zamzow-Frazier is President of The Zamzow Group, Inc., an accounting
services firm providing seasoned financial and accounting professionals (CPAs
and MBAs) to client companies for long-term special projects and interim staffing.
Zamzow-Frazier’s clients include Sony Pictures Entertainment, Warner Bros.,
Ernst & Young, and many small- to middle-market companies in the Greater
Los Angeles area. Prior to founding The Zamzow Group, her 20-year professional
career includes financial consulting for Sony Pictures Entertainment, Senior
Vice President of Finance of Internet Directories USA, and Chief Operating &
Financial Officer of Creative Intelligence, Inc. Zamzow-Frazier spent 10 years
with Fox Television in various executive positions; and she began her career
as an auditor at Ernst & Young. She served as President of both the Angeles
Girl Scout Council and the L.A. Junior Chamber of Commerce. She is also actively
involved with the Women’s Foundation of California, the Ernst & Young
Alumni Association, the Executive Women’s Golf Association, FAME (Financial
& Management Executives in Entertainment), the Association for Corporate
Growth, the Accounting Career Awareness Program, and the West Adams Heritage
Association. Zamzow-Frazier is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau
Claire and is a CPA in the State of California.
