Throughout her 20 year career, Vicky has established a reputation as a knowledgeable business leader as well as human resources expert.  Awarded the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification by the Society for Human Resources Management Certification Institute, Vicky has dedicated her career to providing HR expertise tempered with the day-to-day realities of running a business.

Vicky's human resources experience spans various industries, including technology, entertainment and advertising.  As Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Conscium Inc., she was responsible for the creation, management, design and development of all human resources funcions for this 'bricks and clicks' internet solution provider.  While at the Interpublic Group of Companies, Vicky was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Western International Media and was responsible for all human resources services for the 2,000 member workforce.  During her tenure with Time Warner, Vicky managed the West Coast human resources function and was responsible for providing the full range of HR and related services.  Vicky excels at teaching and holds a california Teaching Credential from the University of Southern California.
