Rita Dailey has worked for Union Bank of California since 1993. She began her career with the Bank as a Relationship Manager in the East Bay Commercial Banking Group. In 1995, Rita relocated to Orange County and served as Corporate Relationship Manager and Senior Credit Executive for the next five years. In December 2000, Rita was promoted to Regional Vice President of Orange County’s Middle Market team, managing the $5-50MM revenue market.

In April 2003, Rita accepted a position as Senior Vice President managing the Commercial Banking Support Center, a centralized credit support center for Commercial Banking. The Commercial Banking Support Center also ran the Bank’s undergraduate recruiting and credit training program to support the staffing needs of the Bank’s wholesale lending units.
In December 2005, Rita joined the Bank’s Corporate Deposit Services group, and now manages a state-wide and in the Pacific Northwest sales team focused on providing our commercial customers treasury products and services. Additionally, she oversees two specialty deposit groups, one focused on Labor Unions and one focused on Chapter 11 companies and/or Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees.

Rita has 19 years of banking experience. She has served as a board member of the Orange County Business Council and the Union Bank Foundation for Corporate Giving. She is a member of National Charity League and a volunteer at Harbor Day School in Newport Beach, CA.

Rita received an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management in 1988 and an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Notre Dame. Rita currently lives in Newport Beach with her husband and two daughters.
