Alev Lewis
President, Acacia Wealth Advisors

Alev is the President and Chief Operating Officer and one of two founding partners of Acacia Wealth Advisors. She has over twenty years of experience in public and industry accounting, financial, tax and investment planning. She previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Wealth Strategists with Bank of America’s Private Bank and was responsible for providing comprehensive, integrated advice to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives and families in the greater Los Angeles area extending from Westlake Village to Palm Desert.

Prior to joining Bank of America, she worked at Ernst & Young, LLP. During her seven year tenure with the firm she worked as a Senior Manager providing all aspects of financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and their families including the areas of income tax, gift tax, estate tax, business succession, philanthropy, financial and investment planning.

Alev also previously worked as a Tax Manager and Tax Senior Accountant with Amwest Surety Insurance Company and Kenneth Leventhal & Company, respectively, preparing federal and state income tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals. She authored articles which were published in Los Angeles Times and AICPA’s Tax Adviser Magazine. Alev is a licensed CPA in California and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst. She is also a Personal Financial Specialist and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Alev received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
